Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and operating production machinery under supervision.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects, reporting any non-conformities to the supervisor.
- Accurately package finished goods and prepare them for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work area, strictly adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials and supplies from designated areas.
- Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or production issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively and respectfully with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks on equipment as required.
