Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and operating production machinery and equipment for small-batch runs.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, documenting findings accurately.
- Prepare raw materials for processing, including weighing, mixing, and transferring ingredients as per batch instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products for storage and dispatch.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report significant malfunctions to the Production Supervisor promptly.
- Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock checks and material handling.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and operational guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and optimize workflow.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by offering suggestions for process enhancements.
Required Skills
