Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble components according to detailed blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks.
- Conduct visual inspections of parts and finished products to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality control guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve any assembly challenges.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues promptly to the team leader.
- Assist in packaging finished products, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
