Key Responsibilities
- Carefully inspect fresh produce for quality, ripeness, and defects.
- Sort and grade produce according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Efficiently pack produce into various containers (boxes, bags, crates) while minimizing damage.
- Label packages accurately with product information, batch numbers, and dates.
- Operate and maintain packing machinery and equipment (if applicable) safely.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and dispatching packed goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality discrepancies.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand, lift, and move heavy objects (up to 20kg) repeatedly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety principles.
