Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.

- Conduct thorough market research and spend analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for procurement optimization.
- Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers while maintaining strong, collaborative, and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Finance, Legal) to define requirements and ensure procurement activities meet evolving business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, conduct regular business reviews, and resolve any issues or discrepancies efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, purchasing procedures, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency within the procurement function.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive procurement records and documentation in accordance with established standards.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex vendor relationships and achieve favorable outcomes.
