Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive, top-tier housekeeping duties, including meticulous cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing of all surfaces, furnishings, and fixtures.
- Manage all aspects of laundry, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing wardrobes for the entire family, ensuring delicate items are handled with care.
- Plan, grocery shop for, and prepare healthy, delicious, and diverse meals for the family, accommodating specific dietary preferences, allergies, or restrictions.
- Provide dedicated and engaging childcare for school-aged children, including safe school pick-ups/drop-offs, supervising homework, and organizing age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
- Maintain immaculate organization of all household supplies, kitchen pantry, children's play areas, and personal belongings.
- Efficiently run errands as needed, manage household inventories, and proactively coordinate with external vendors for household maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure the safety, security, and overall well-being of the children at all times, adhering to established routines and emergency protocols.
- Adhere strictly to the highest standards of confidentiality, privacy, and discretion regarding all family matters and household affairs.
- Assist with light pet care duties (e.g., feeding, walking) if applicable.
- Perform light gardening tasks or oversee garden maintenance as required to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.
- Manage a designated household budget for groceries, supplies, and other approved expenditures, maintaining accurate records.
- Regularly organize and declutter various areas of the home, proposing and implementing efficient storage solutions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in a private household as a Housekeeper/Nanny or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in cooking healthy and diverse meals.
- A deep understanding of child development and engaging childcare practices for school-aged children.
- Strong communication skills (fluent in English; Korean proficiency is a strong advantage).
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and respect for privacy.

- Valid Korean driver's license and a clean driving record.
