Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, both internal and external, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, vandalism, fire, or other disturbances.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly and appropriately to any alerts or suspicious activities.
- Control access to premises, verifying credentials of personnel and visitors, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security, safety, and property protection.
- Respond to emergency situations such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, following established protocols to ensure safety.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, documenting observations, activities, and occurrences during shifts.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service to staff, visitors, and clients.
- Safeguard confidential information and property.
- Operate and maintain various security equipment and systems, including radios, CCTV, and access control devices.
- Participate actively in all provided training sessions to enhance security knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
