Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport family members to various destinations (school, work, appointments, social events).
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring regular cleaning, servicing, and reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Plan efficient routes and consider traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, and other items as needed.
- Handle various errands, including shopping, post office visits, and other household-related tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of the family at all times.
- Be available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per the family's schedule.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service to the family, anticipating needs and acting proactively.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class B or D).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional private family driving experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Lagos road networks, especially Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and Lekki.
- Excellent defensive driving skills and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance (e.g., oil, tire pressure).
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
