Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily classroom activities and lessons.
- Supervise children during playtime, meal times, and nap times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support individual children with their learning needs and provide positive guidance.
- Prepare materials and resources for various educational activities.
- Communicate effectively with lead teachers, parents, and other staff members.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
- Observe and document children's progress and behavior under the guidance of the lead teacher.
- Assist with classroom management and promote positive social interactions among children.
