Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive, structured training in all aspects of swimming pool and spa maintenance.
- Learn to accurately test and balance water chemistry, applying necessary chemicals safely and effectively.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Inspect, diagnose, and carry out minor repairs on pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, chemical usage, and equipment status.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients regarding service schedules, findings, and recommendations.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Manage and maintain company-provided tools and vehicle.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company's reputation for excellent service.
Required Skills
