Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls and incidents, providing immediate assistance and support.
- Investigate crimes, gather evidence, take statements, and prepare detailed reports.
- Patrol assigned areas on foot and by vehicle to deter crime and engage with the public.
- Make arrests, process offenders, and ensure their safe custody.
- Engage with diverse communities, building trust and fostering positive relationships.
- Enforce traffic laws, attend road traffic collisions, and manage traffic flow.
- Provide support and reassurance to victims of crime and vulnerable individuals.
- Maintain public order during events, demonstrations, and critical incidents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to tackle crime and ensure community safety.
- Attend court and give evidence as required.
