Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with all aspects of plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Learn to identify different types of plumbing systems, components, and tools.
- Observe and participate in diagnostic procedures for common plumbing issues.
- Help prepare work sites, including gathering tools and materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment.
- Learn to safely and effectively use hand and power tools common in plumbing.
- Perform basic plumbing tasks under direct supervision, such as cutting pipes, applying sealants, and simple assembly.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and diligently complete any assigned coursework or practical exercises.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety standards, and local plumbing codes.
