We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber – Building Maintenance Professional to join our dedicated team in Yangoji, Abuja. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and functionality of plumbing systems across various properties under our management. Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, pipe damage, and system malfunctions, providing effective and lasting solutions.
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to identify potential problems early and prevent costly breakdowns.
- Adhere strictly to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies during all work procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution to minimize downtime and property damage.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand plumbing system layouts.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including materials used and time spent on tasks.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a professional plumber in a building maintenance or construction environment.
