Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled maintenance technicians with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of machinery and equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, filter changes, and minor adjustments.
- Support the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems under supervision.
- Learn to safely operate and maintain various hand and power tools.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and plant areas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or potential issues to senior staff promptly.
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance technical skills.
- Execute tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or senior technicians.
