Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute photographic shoots for events (e.g., conferences, parties, weddings) and commercial projects (e.g., product photography, corporate portraits, lifestyle campaigns).
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and brand guidelines for each assignment.
- Utilize professional-grade camera equipment, lighting, and accessories to achieve high-quality results.
- Perform post-production tasks including culling, color correction, retouching, and final image optimization using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Ensure timely delivery of edited images and final project assets in specified formats.
- Manage and maintain personal photography equipment, ensuring it is always in excellent working condition.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent communication throughout the client engagement process.
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing diverse event and commercial photography work.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a professional photographer, specifically in event and commercial settings.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong artistic eye, technical proficiency, and versatility in various photographic styles.
- Expertise in operating professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, and external lighting systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for advanced photo editing and retouching.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Ownership of reliable professional photography equipment.
