Key Responsibilities
- Execute photographic assignments for events (e.g., conferences, seminars, corporate gatherings, social functions) and commercial projects (e.g., product photography, brand lifestyle shoots, corporate portraits).
- Collaborate closely with clients and project managers to understand briefs, objectives, and creative requirements for each assignment.
- Plan and prepare for shoots, including scouting locations, arranging equipment, and developing shot lists and mood boards.
- Utilize professional-grade photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, accessories) to capture high-quality images.
- Direct subjects and manage scenes effectively to achieve desired visual outcomes.
- Perform post-production tasks, including culling, editing, retouching, and color grading of images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Ensure all deliverables meet client specifications, brand guidelines, and high aesthetic standards.
- Manage and organize digital assets efficiently, maintaining a robust backup system.
- Adhere to agreed-upon deadlines and project timelines, communicating any potential delays proactively.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in operating professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and various lens types.

- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom and Photoshop for advanced photo editing and retouching.
- Excellent eye for composition, color, and detail.
- Proven ability to capture compelling narratives and high-quality visuals in both event and commercial settings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and subject direction.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
