Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and creative vision for each assignment.
- Plan and coordinate photographic shoots, including location scouting, equipment preparation, and scheduling.
- Capture high-quality, professional photographs for a range of events (corporate, social, PR) and commercial purposes (product, branding, editorial).
- Operate and maintain professional camera equipment, lenses, lighting setups, and accessories.
- Direct subjects and manage scenes effectively to achieve desired compositions and expressions.
- Perform comprehensive post-production tasks, including culling, editing, retouching, color correction, and image optimization using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all images are delivered on time, in the required formats, and meet client specifications and brand guidelines.
- Manage digital assets, including proper file naming, storage, and backup protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and Career.supersecrets representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and represent Career.supersecrets' values on all assignments.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in event photography (e.g., conferences, weddings, concerts).
- Demonstrated proficiency in commercial photography (e.g., product, lifestyle, corporate headshots).
- Advanced technical knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment (strobes, continuous lights, modifiers).
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for professional-grade image editing and retouching.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work in both event and commercial photography.
