Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients and our project managers to understand project requirements, scope, and desired outcomes for both event and commercial photography assignments.
- Plan, prepare, and execute photoshoots on location, which may include corporate events, conferences, weddings, product photography, lifestyle shoots, and more.
- Utilize professional-grade camera equipment, lighting, and other necessary gear to capture high-quality images.
- Direct subjects and compose shots effectively to achieve the desired aesthetic and message.
- Perform post-production tasks including culling, color correction, retouching, and cropping to ensure final images meet professional standards and client specifications.
- Manage and organize digital assets efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of final images in required formats.
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients and our team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, ensuring prompt delivery of high-quality work.
- Continuously seek to improve photographic techniques and stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills
- Proven expertise in professional photography, particularly in event and commercial settings.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, demonstrating artistic vision and technical proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency with professional-grade DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories.
- Expertise in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop).
- Excellent understanding of photographic principles, including composition, lighting, exposure, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct subjects and interact professionally with clients.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Must have own professional photography equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
