Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality photography for various events (e.g., corporate functions, conferences, social gatherings) and commercial assignments (e.g., product, branding, lifestyle shoots).
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand specific project briefs, objectives, and desired visual outcomes.
- Manage pre-production tasks including scouting locations, planning shots, and coordinating equipment.
- Operate professional camera equipment, lighting, and other accessories proficiently.
- Perform post-production tasks including culling, editing, retouching, and color correction using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Deliver final images in specified formats and within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Maintain and manage professional photographic equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing diverse photography skills and styles.
- Adhere to client brand guidelines and project requirements, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Provide exceptional client service and professionalism throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and relevant accessories.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for advanced photo editing and retouching.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques (natural, artificial, studio) and composition principles.
- Proven ability to tell stories through compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing event and commercial photography.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
