Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality photography assignments for diverse clients, covering events (corporate, social, public) and commercial projects (products, branding, lifestyle).
- Scout and assess shoot locations, determining optimal lighting, angles, and equipment needs.
- Utilize professional-grade photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories, to capture stunning visuals.
- Manage the entire post-production workflow, including image selection, color correction, retouching, and final delivery using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Collaborate effectively with clients and project managers to understand project briefs, creative vision, and deliverable expectations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability on all assignments.
- Adhere to strict deadlines for photo delivery and ensure all images meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Protect and manage equipment responsibly, ensuring its proper functioning and maintenance.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual storytelling of each project.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional photography experience in events and commercial sectors.
- Expert proficiency with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
- Advanced skills in photo editing and post-production software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of photographic principles, including composition, exposure, and color theory.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of event and commercial photography work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
