Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and execute photography shoots for a variety of events (e.g., corporate functions, conferences, social gatherings) and commercial assignments (e.g., product photography, headshots, lifestyle imagery).
- Consult with clients to understand their specific needs, vision, and branding guidelines, ensuring photographic outcomes align with their objectives.
- Operate and maintain professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and other accessories, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough post-production work, including culling, editing, retouching, and color correction, to deliver polished, high-resolution images.
- Manage digital assets, organize files, and ensure secure storage of all photographic materials.
- Meet project deadlines consistently and communicate effectively with clients regarding progress and any potential challenges.
- Adapt photographic style and approach to suit different client requirements and project types.
- Maintain professional demeanor and strong client relationships, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of professional photography experience in events and/or commercial settings.
- Proficiency in professional-grade camera equipment (DSLR or Mirrorless) and various lenses.
- Expertise in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques (natural, artificial, studio) and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing event and commercial photography work.
- Access to personal professional photography equipment and reliable transportation.
