Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality photography assignments for various events (corporate, social, PR) and commercial projects (product, lifestyle, portraiture).
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project briefs, objectives, and specific visual requirements.
- Plan and prepare for shoots, including scouting locations, arranging equipment, and developing shot lists.
- Manage all aspects of photography from capturing images to post-production editing, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Deliver edited high-resolution images within agreed-upon deadlines, adhering to specified file formats and naming conventions.
- Maintain and organize photographic equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Continuously develop and refine photographic skills, staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual impact of projects.
- Handle on-site logistics, including setup, breakdown, and interaction with event attendees or subjects professionally.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a professional photographer with a strong portfolio in events and commercial work.
- Proficiency with professional-grade DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories.
- Expertise in photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of photography principles: composition, lighting, exposure, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and subjects.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
