Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead photographers with setting up and breaking down photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and backdrops.
- Manage and organise props, accessories, and studio space to ensure an efficient and tidy working environment.
- Assist with lighting adjustments and techniques during shoots to achieve desired effects.
- Perform basic photo editing tasks, including culling, colour correction, and minor retouching, under supervision.
- Organise and manage digital assets, ensuring proper file naming, storage, and backup procedures.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, preparing call sheets, and assisting with client communications.
- Shadow and observe experienced photographers during client consultations, shoots, and post-production processes to learn best practices.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after use.
- Assist with on-location shoots, including transportation of equipment and logistical support.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a collaborative and creative team atmosphere.
