Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and fill prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing medications and supplies.
- Manage prescription intake, data entry, and processing insurance claims efficiently.
- Maintain patient records with strict adherence to privacy regulations (HIPAA).
- Operate pharmacy systems and equipment effectively.

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy work areas.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) through PTCB or NHA, or eligible to obtain within a specified timeframe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic mathematical skills for prescription calculations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.

Preferred Qualifications
