Key Responsibilities

  • Provide information and guidance on non-prescription products, including over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and personal care items.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocking shelves, monitoring expiration dates, and arranging displays.
  • Ensure the pharmacy sales area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex concerns to appropriate pharmacy staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
