Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned Abuja territory.
- Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct compelling product presentations, detailing the features, benefits, and clinical data of Emzor's pharmaceutical products.
- Regularly visit existing and potential clients, assessing their needs and providing appropriate product solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market intelligence, and customer interactions.
- Organize and participate in medical exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and optimize territory coverage, call frequency, and resource allocation to maximize sales effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
