Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within a designated territory.
- Present and promote Julphar’s pharmaceutical product portfolio effectively, highlighting clinical benefits and competitive advantages.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through consistent and strategic sales efforts.
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to educate healthcare providers on product features, indications, dosages, and contraindications.
- Organize and participate in medical events, conferences, and symposia to enhance product visibility and gather market intelligence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and provide valuable feedback to the marketing and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and expense reports using CRM software.
- Develop and implement territory action plans to achieve short-term and long-term sales objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical device sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
