Key Responsibilities
- Undergo and successfully complete all provided pet grooming training modules.
- Learn and perform basic and advanced grooming tasks including bathing, drying, brushing, de-shedding, and de-matting.
- Master safe nail trimming, ear cleaning, and eye cleaning techniques.
- Learn and apply various breed-specific grooming styles and cuts as trained.
- Monitor pets for any signs of illness, injury, or stress during the grooming process and report concerns to veterinary staff.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized grooming station and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming services, preferences, and pet care advice.
- Handle all pets with kindness, patience, and compassion, ensuring their comfort and safety.
