Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one personalized styling advice and shopping assistance to customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Stay current with fashion trends, product knowledge, and store promotions.
- Assist customers in selecting clothing, accessories, and other retail items based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage client appointments and maintain a client book with detailed preferences and purchase history.
- Organize and prepare fitting rooms with selected merchandise prior to client arrival.
- Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Ensure the shopping environment is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a fashion-oriented environment.
- Strong passion for fashion, styling, and current trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
