Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, personalized styling advice and product recommendations to clients.

- Conduct one-on-one appointments, understanding client preferences, lifestyles, and occasions.
- Assist clients with wardrobe planning, gift selections, and special event outfitting.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy, organized showroom.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and styling expertise.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a personal shopper, stylist, or in high-end retail sales.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, brands, and product knowledge (apparel, accessories).
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Kinyarwanda and English (written and spoken).
