Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for the principal and authorized passengers to various destinations.
- Plan efficient routes, considering traffic conditions, road closures, and specific time constraints.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in immaculate condition, ensuring regular cleaning (interior and exterior), fueling, and scheduled maintenance checks.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding the employer's affairs and schedule.
- Be available on-call as per the employer's schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Manage minor vehicle issues and coordinate with mechanics for major repairs.
Required Skills
