Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for the employer and family members to various destinations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of the assigned vehicle, both interior and exterior.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring all systems are in good working order.
- Plan and execute efficient routes, considering traffic conditions and time constraints, utilizing navigation tools effectively.
- Handle minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and ensuring regular servicing is scheduled.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers at all times.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and professional affairs.
- Assist with errands and other tasks as requested by the employer, demonstrating flexibility and a helpful attitude.
- Ensure punctuality for all appointments and commitments, managing time effectively.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E or G preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal or executive driver.
- Extensive knowledge of Lagos road networks, traffic patterns, and alternative routes, especially in Agege and surrounding areas.
- Clean driving record with no history of serious accidents or traffic violations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous and respectful demeanor.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
