- Safely and efficiently transport principals and family members to various destinations, including business meetings, corporate events, personal appointments, and errands.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle(s) in impeccable condition, including regular thorough cleaning (both interior and exterior), ensuring optimal fuel levels, and coordinating all scheduled maintenance checks and servicing.
- Conduct comprehensive daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to meticulously verify vehicle safety, operational readiness, and overall mechanical integrity.
- Strategically plan and execute optimal routes, utilizing real-time traffic information and advanced navigation tools to ensure punctuality and minimize delays.
- Adhere strictly and consistently to all applicable traffic laws, road safety regulations, and the established corporate household security protocols.
- Efficiently manage all vehicle-related documentation, including insurance policies, registration renewals, and detailed service records.
- Provide courteous assistance with the loading and unloading of luggage, packages, and other personal items as required.
