Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and ambulation support.
- Help clients with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying living areas and laundry.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed (no administration of medication).
- Run errands and assist with grocery shopping.
- Document client care observations and report any changes in condition to supervisory staff.
- Adhere strictly to client care plans and company policies and procedures.
