Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain manager's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them appropriately and professionally.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed to support managerial decisions.
- Maintain an organised filing system for important documents, both physical and digital.
- Assist with personal tasks for the manager as required, ensuring discretion and confidentiality.
- Process expenses and invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely submissions.
- Act as a liaison between the manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with office administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Matric/High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
