Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
  • Oversee general office administration, ensuring a well-organized, functional, and efficient workspace.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including drafting correspondence, handling emails, and screening phone calls.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate record-keeping and filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring cost-effective procurement.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Assist with planning and execution of company events, staff welfare initiatives, and team building activities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for various administrative queries and resolve issues proactively.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documentation as required.
  • Streamline administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili
