We are seeking an exceptionally organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant for a live-in role within an executive’s private residence on Broad Street, Lagos Island. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and personal engagements.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Oversee household operations, including managing household staff (cooks, drivers, cleaners), coordinating maintenance, and procurement of supplies.
- Handle personal errands, shopping, and gift selections with impeccable taste and discretion.
- Plan and execute private events, dinners, and social gatherings, managing guest lists, vendors, and logistics.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external communications, screening calls, emails, and visitors.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain meticulous records, files, and personal databases, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Manage personal finances, bill payments, and expense reports under the executive's guidance.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with the executive's professional office to ensure alignment of personal and business schedules.
- Ensure the executive's immediate environment is always organized, presentable, and functional.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a private household or high-profile corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with various digital communication tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team within a residential setting.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
