Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of HR data from various sources.
- Support the People Analytics team in conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce performance, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
