This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home, anywhere within the UK, while being part of a Manchester-based operational hub. We understand that entering a new field or adapting to new systems can be challenging, which is why we are committed to providing comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure your success. Whether you’re taking your first steps into payroll or looking to pivot your existing administrative skills, this role offers a structured pathway to become a proficient Payroll Specialist.

As a vital member of our finance department, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of our internal payroll and potentially client payrolls as you develop. You will learn to navigate various payroll software, understand complex tax regulations, and become a go-to person for employee queries related to pay. Beyond just numbers, you’ll be contributing to the well-being and satisfaction of our diverse workforce, making your role incredibly impactful.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly organised, and possesses excellent communication skills. While prior payroll experience is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. We value a positive attitude and a commitment to professional development above all. Our supportive team environment encourages collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring you are never alone in your learning journey. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a company that truly invests in its people. If you are detail-oriented, have a keen interest in financial administration, and thrive in a remote setting with dedicated support, we encourage you to apply and embark on this exciting new chapter with Career.supersecrets.
