Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner, identifying their needs and guiding them through product selections.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and processing transactions.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising products, restocking shelves, and ensuring accurate pricing.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, conducting stock takes, and preventing loss.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns/exchanges courteously and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new product lines to customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding sales, security, health, and safety.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store as required.
Required Skills
