Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers in-store to promote specific products, services, or special offers.
- Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and current promotions to potential buyers.
- Encourage product trials, demonstrations, and generate interest in featured items.
- Distribute promotional materials, samples, and manage stock levels at the promotional stand.
- Answer customer questions accurately and provide excellent customer service.
- Collect customer feedback and report on promotional effectiveness to management.
- Set up and dismantle promotional displays, ensuring the area remains tidy, attractive, and compliant with brand guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with store staff to achieve promotional goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 5kg).
- Fluency in English (and Afrikaans is highly advantageous given the local demographic).
Preferred Qualifications
