Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and process transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and provide correct change efficiently and securely.
- Prepare and serve food items such as hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, and pour beverages according to established guidelines and health standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, including food preparation areas, serving counters, and equipment.
- Restock inventory throughout events, ensuring products are readily available for customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the concession stand, including setup and breakdown of equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly as needed.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or a similar customer-facing role.

- A valid Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
