Green Legacy Resort is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Park Attendant to join our vibrant team in Abeokuta. This role is crucial to the daily upkeep and smooth operation of our extensive park and recreational areas. As a Park Attendant, you will be the eyes and ears of our resort’s outdoor environment, playing a key role in visitor safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for regular patrols, light maintenance tasks, providing directions, and being a friendly first point of contact for our valued guests. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated park areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, and offer general assistance with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Monitor park facilities for any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards and report them promptly to supervisors.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as litter collection, emptying waste bins, and basic tidying of paths and recreational zones.
- Enforce park rules and regulations courteously to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for various park activities or events as required.
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence, acting as a deterrent to inappropriate behavior and a resource for guests.
- Provide basic first aid assistance when necessary and alert appropriate emergency services.
- Collaborate with other resort staff to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
