Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and masking areas.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Mix paints to achieve desired colours and consistencies.
- Protect furniture, flooring, and other surfaces from paint splatters and damage.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding or ladders safely when required.
- Clean up work areas and equipment after each job.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team leaders as needed.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
