Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
- Introduce Career.supersecrets' services professionally and persuasively.
- Answer questions about services and address customer concerns effectively.
- Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude during all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve performance.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and Afrikaans, a plus).
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and resilient nature.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and navigation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.

- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
