Career.supersecrets is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Operations & Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team in Exeter, Devon. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a comfortable and efficient working environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors, directing enquiries appropriately and providing excellent customer service.
- Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants, including formatting CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing client presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, preparing workstations, and organising necessary access and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, managing courier services and general post.
- Organise and coordinate internal meetings, including room bookings, catering, and minute-taking when required.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative or office support experience (minimum 12 months).
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or a similar professional services environment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems or applicant tracking software.
- Relevant NVQ or A-level qualifications in Business Administration or a related field.
