Key Responsibilities
- Execute timely and secure pickup and delivery of documents, packages, and other items to various locations within Aba, Abia.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Safeguard all items during transit, ensuring they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including timestamps, recipient signatures, and any special instructions.
- Communicate effectively with office staff, clients, and recipients regarding delivery status and any potential delays.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the delivery vehicle (if applicable) and report any issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously during all interactions.
- Assist with loading and unloading items as necessary.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to navigate Aba and its immediate surroundings efficiently.
- Valid Class A or B driver's license (or equivalent for motorcycle/car in Nigeria) with a clean driving record.
