Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating various office activities.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders when necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the dealership.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including sales, service, and finance.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling statements, or preparing deposits.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
