Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive general cleaning duties, including precise dusting of surfaces, meticulous vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors across all office areas, hallways, and common spaces.
- Routinely sanitize and thoroughly clean restrooms, encompassing toilets, sinks, mirrors, and ensuring timely replenishment of all supplies (e.g., soap, toilet paper, paper towels).
- Efficiently empty trash receptacles and recycling bins, adhering to proper waste segregation and disposal procedures.
- Systematically clean and disinfect all kitchenettes, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and common eating areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and doors as needed to maintain a clear and polished appearance.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in optimal working condition, and cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and organized.
- Promptly report any observed maintenance issues, damages, or potential safety hazards to the designated line manager.
- Adhere strictly to all established health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a consistently professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with staff members and visitors.
- Execute other cleaning and maintenance-related duties as explicitly assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months of proven, hands-on experience in cleaning or custodial services.
- Demonstrable strong attention to detail and a consistently thorough approach to all tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision, while strictly adhering to a predetermined cleaning schedule.
- Required physical stamina and agility to comfortably perform duties such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and safely operating various cleaning equipment.
