Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with various other administrative tasks as needed. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is an on-site position located in our Lekki office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for executives and staff.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
- Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming office environment.
- Providing general administrative support as needed, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Assisting with special projects and events as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
